Ethereal Heavy Line Cliche Backing Track [E Minor - 140 BPM]

about

Here's a track based on Shesmovedon by Porcupine Tree. This is a great example of the "James Bond" Line Cliche, which features a line starting on the B note in E minor, moving up to C from the C chord, then C# on the A chord (Usually the real (James Bond goes back to C, but not in this case). I've included the video so you can clearly see the movement of the 6th degree of the scale. Watch how the Mode changes from E Aeolian to E Dorian on the A major triad. I made it change a little early so you have time to prepare. Try to add the "line cliche" melody into your pentatonic playing.
