This chord progression Is simply Im Vm IVm Im in E Aeolian. It's nice and slow so it gives you the opportunity to practice playing over each triad. Start by memorizing the E minor pentatonic scale, then the 3 triad shapes in a given position, in E minor the usual positions would be the 12th position or the 7th position. Then, note where the triad shapes differ from the minor pentatonic scale and try to include those notes in the E minor pentatonic scale as each chord plays. Boom! Dave Gilmour in a nutshell...
