This chord progression is pure E Aeolian. Try to add a C note to E minor pentatonic on the C chord sometimes. You could also try adding an F# to the E minor pentatonic scale, especially on the D and Bm chords, it's the 3rd of the D and the 5th of the Bm! Also, you may say, "wait a minute! Eddie plays E Dorian sometimes!" You're right! It does clash a little, especially on the C. but sometimes it sounds good to clash... It's your call!
